The hands-on cardiac CT course is comprised of a 2-day introductory course and a 3-day advanced course.
Both courses focus on mentored scan reading and interpretation on Siemens Syngo Via workstations (2 participants per workstation) with full post-processing functionality, combined with practical, clinically oriented lectures on indications, data acquisition and image interpretation by experts in the field.
Courses can be booked separately as well as combined.
Introductory cardiac CT course (2-day)
This course is designed for radiologists, cardiologist as well as residents and other interested medical specialists that are new to cardiac CT imaging.
Mentored reading of 50+ CT cases with angiography/echo/MRI confirmation (towards level 1 certification). Both days are composed of multiple two hour reading sessions with lunch and coffee breaks in between.

- Calcium score and plaque assessment
- Coronary CT in stable chest pain
- Pathology of the thoracic aorta
- Technical aspects of cardiac CT acquisition
Advanced cardiac CT course (3-day)
This course is designed for radiologists, cardiologist as well as residents and other interested medical specialists that already have experience with cardiac CT or have followed the introduction course. In total 100+ CT cases will be interpreted with angiography/echo/MRI confirmation (towards level 2 certification). Each day is composed of multiple two hour reading sessions with lunch and coffee breaks in between.
